FAQS

How much does it cost to redesign a garment?
Our pricing is beautifully transparent and based on three flat-rate tiers, determined by the time and complexity required to transform specific garments and materials:
Tier 1: Casual & Everyday (£91) — Covers up to 2.5 hours of master design and tailoring work. Ideal for simpler, unlined pieces like denim, tees, standard trousers, basic day dresses, and sweatshirts.
Tier 2: Simple Occasion & Outerwear (£180) — Covers up to 3.5 hours of work. Designed for structured or lined garments requiring more intricate pattern handling, such as blazers, lightweight jackets, jumpsuits, and cocktail dresses.
Tier 3: Occasion Wear & Complex Pieces (£450) — Covers up to 5 hours of intensive atelier work. Essential for high-complexity garments, delicate or heavy materials, and precious heirlooms—such as evening gowns, trench coats, heavy wool or leather coats, corsetry, and silk.
Will my physical garment look exactly like the AI render?
The design you approve in the app is an artistic, conceptual blueprint. While our master tailors work meticulously to bring that vision to life, the final look depends entirely on the unique drape, structure, and age of your specific fabric. Think of the AI as our creative North Star, and our tailors as the practical experts who ensure your new piece is structurally sound, wearable, and beautifully finished.
What happens if the AI dreams up a design that is impossible to sew?
AI can occasionally generate "hallucinations"—like floating elements or geometry that defies gravity. Our London seamstresses review every single design. If a specific detail is physically impossible to construct or compromises the integrity of your fabric, our team will use their professional discretion to modify the construction method, ensuring the final piece remains substantially true to the aesthetic you approved.
Can I change my mind or cancel my order after I pay?
Because every single piece we create is entirely bespoke and personalized to your specifications, all sales become final the exact moment you click "Approve Final Design" and complete your payment. Pursuant to UK consumer law for personalized goods, once your piece enters our physical production queue, we cannot accommodate cancellations, refunds, or post-approval design alterations.
What happens to the fabric scraps and leftover hardware from my original item?
All fabric remnants, scraps, and original hardware (like old buttons or zippers) removed during the transformation process automatically become the property of our studio. In line with our circularity mission, we responsibly sort, upcycle, or donate these off-cuts to ensure zero textile waste. Please note that we are unable to save or return scraps to you once production on your garment begins.
